These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the MECHA website and its related public pages. By browsing the website, the user agrees to use it in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

1. Permitted use of the website

Users may consult informational content, public documentation, Community pages, release information, and software download pages. It is not permitted to use the website in ways that compromise service availability, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

The use of bots, scrapers, or automated tools for mass access to website content is also prohibited, except for search engine crawlers within the limits allowed by the robots.txt file and normal indexing purposes.

2. Intellectual property

The website, its structure, texts, distinctive signs, graphics, the MECHA trademark, and other published content belong to their respective owners or are lawfully used. Except where permitted by law, unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reuse of website content is not allowed.

These services are governed by their own terms and notices; the website controller does not fully control the content, availability, or operating methods of such parties.

Users interacting in the Community section must maintain civil and constructive behavior. The controller reserves the right to remove inappropriate content or report violations according to the policies of the hosting platform.

The website currently makes the MECHA software available for free download. Download availability, published versions, and related files may change over time. The website does not guarantee that each release remains always available or that download is uninterrupted.

These Terms of Use apply to the website. Use of downloaded software may be governed, in whole or in part, by usage terms, license notes, or other terms included in the distributed package, installer, or within the application.
